Extremely poor quality control coming from this company. I have ordered 5000 units of vent covers and at LEAST 15% arrived damaged, defective and unusable. Expect chipped paint, cheap touch ups, scratched metal, bent corners, and anything else you can think of. You will need to individually go through every single box prior to using this product. They are unwilling to refund those defective units even though hundreds of photos / videos have been shared as evidence. Their solution is to order MORE units, and pay for shipping / taxes / duties on those to replenish, when I'm already out thousands of dollars. There are better suppliers out there, my recommendation is that you find them. I can only upload 4 photos, so will attach a few here, but I have well over 500 units that are garbage.
